A room means one defined functional area. An open-plan living and dining space counts as two rooms. Kitchens and bathrooms are eligible for cosmetic guidance; cabinetry design, plumbing changes, and construction drawings require a separate scope.

Larger spaces and multiple areas receive a proposal with clearly defined phases and fees. Commercial concepts are for design direction and furniture planning; permit documents, code and accessibility reviews, and architecture or engineering services are outside these packages.

Window-treatment concepts cover style, color, and fabric direction. Final measurements, yardage, fabrication, hardware, and installation are quoted separately.

What Clients Receive
Depending on the package, the final digital design includes:
- A cohesive visual direction and color palette
- A furniture layout based on client-supplied measurements
- A shopping list with product links, quantities, and prices at the time of selection
- Shannonty Home furnishings and custom textiles where appropriate
- Placement and styling instructions
Illustrative 3D views communicate the design concept; actual colors, scale, and finishes may vary.
Payment & Project Terms
- Packages under $500 are paid in full at booking
- Packages of $500 or more require 50% at booking and 50% before release of final design files; review previews are provided first
- Furniture and other purchases are separate from design fees
- A revision adjusts the approved direction. A new style, room, or substantially changed brief requires a revised quote
- Clients verify dimensions before ordering. Custom products require approved measurements before fabrication
- Ordering, delivery tracking, returns, installation, and contractor coordination are separate services
- Product prices and availability may change
Proposed first-presentation targets are 7–10 business days for Room Refresh, 10–15 for Complete Room Design, and 15–20 for Signature, two-room, and commercial packages, after consultation and receipt of all required materials. Scheduling is confirmed at booking.
Realtor Partner Connection
Agents can purchase the $125 Ask a Designer session as a closing gift, or contribute a set dollar amount toward another package. Clients pay any remaining balance directly to Shannonty Home.
