What to Expect

Discovery Call · 20–30 Minutes
A relaxed phone or video call where we ask about your space, your timeline, and how you actually want to live in the room — not just how you want it to look. This is also where we talk openly about budget range, so nothing later comes as a surprise.

In-Home or Virtual Walkthrough
We visit in person (or walk the space with you over video) to take measurements, photograph existing architecture and light, and get a feel for how the room is actually used day to day.

Concept & Mood Board Presentation
We come back with a curated direction — fabrics, furnishings, layout and finishes — presented as a mood board so you can see and feel the room before anything is ordered.

Proposal & Investment Range
A clear, itemized proposal covering scope of work, estimated timeline and investment range — so you can make a confident decision with no hidden steps between "I love this" and "let's start."

Once you approve the proposal, a deposit begins the process — sourcing, ordering, and coordinating every detail until installation day.
