Our Engagement Process
Every project, regardless of size, moves through the same three stages before design work begins — so there are no surprises about scope, cost or timeline.
Design Retainer
A retainer fee reserves your project on our calendar and covers initial discovery, site visits and preliminary concept development.
Contracting Phase
Once initial scope is defined, we issue a formal design services agreement outlining fees, responsibilities and timeline.
Scope of Work (SOW)
A detailed statement of work itemizes every phase of the project, from concept through installation, so expectations are clear from day one.
Design retainer fees begin at $1,500, credited toward your final invoice once the SOW is approved and the contract is signed. Final pricing depends on project scope.
